At Tri-Park, we make home ownership a possibility
Tri-Park Cooperative Housing Corporation was founded in the mid-1950s and incorporated as an official mobile home cooperative in 1989. Our mission is to provide affordable housing to predominantly low and moderate income homeowners.
Tri-Park is the largest mobile home park in Vermont. It is privately owned and occupied by the shareholders and/or residents. Currently, Tri-Park houses around 1,000 residents which is approximately 10% of Brattleboro’s population.
We are a critical housing resource in our community.
Our Three Parks…
Mountain Home Park
Mountain Home Park is the largest of our three parks. The main office for Tri-Park is located here, as well as an outdoor basketball court and access to multiple trails. This park is conveniently located right off of Route 9 in West Brattleboro with easy access to many amenities!
Mountain Home Park has around 262 lots with many lots getting prepped for future homes. We are currently working on a master plan to move residents out of the flood zone and into safer locations within the park.
Black Mountain Park
Black Mountain Park is on the small side with just 32 lots. This park is very conveniently located off of Putney Road in Brattleboro with quick access to Interstate 91, as well as Routes 9 and 5.
Glen Park
Glen Park is our 55+ community. This park is comprised of 23 lots and is located at the end of Glen Street right off of Western Avenue/Route 9 in West Brattleboro.
It is a quiet little community with a great neighborhood watch!
