GARAGE CONVERSIONS
The
sole function of a garage is to house vehicles.
Garages cannot be used as living quarters as they create a safety hazard
to the occupant and the neighborhood. No
garage may be converted or partitioned for providing additional habitable space
unless approved by the City Inspection Department.
